| You should really move on to OWL. In order to do it right, you should move up the rungs to determine your CCLL, food intolerances, triggers, etc. Remember, the closer you get to goal, the slower you lose, so this process will take longer.

| I agree - move to OWL as soon as your 14 days are over unless you are feeling weak and weary from losing weight too fast. If you do feel that then move to OWL now and start adding 5 net carbs of veg from the induction list. And congratulations on your loss so far

| Typically as Dr. A. says continuing Induction passed the two week mark is for people who have a lot to lose. What you have isn't considered a lot, I would suggest on moving to OWL since you are so close to goal. Great job on the loss so far. |
