| tonight is hot chicken salad (but I'm using turkey instead of chicken) and a chopped salad of blanched zucchini, tomatoes, and basil. | Grilled Chicken Leg Quarters and a chopped salad of lettuce, yellow pepper, jicama, mushrooms, tomatoes, cucumbers, and fresh cilantro. The "dressing" I use is roasted walnut oil with cracked sea salt and fresh ground white pepper. YUM YUM!

| We are having those "taco" meatballs and I am going to put them on a salad with ranch dressing, I think. Maybe Italian dressing? Not sure. But meatball/taco salad!
