| I commute on a plane from Boston to New York a lot.I needed something also..I made up a tuna salad that has in it the veggie's you already eat and others and wrap it in a long Rommaine leaf. few of those in my Ziplock bag with my plastic ice in my little carry cooler are great..they are cold and don't leak and easy to eat..now I moved onto Chiken, Ham and Turkey salad roll ups |

| Hmmm.. your boredom, same old same old-- has me thinking.... Crab salad, Shrimp salad, wow-- how about Shaved Steak salad! we will need to control what we use for a binder to have them leak free but I bet we could create diverse dozens of them from the exceptable list! feel a cookbook collaboration in the making |

| Hard boiled eggs keep well in a cooler. Cheese cubes/sticks also keep well. If you get those individual packets of mayo or mustard or even a small bottle of hot sauce, they can add more flavor to your foods too.

| you can do spinach/salmon rollups - my fave of the week... take one leaf of spinach, spread on some cream cheese, top with a slice of smoked salmon and roll up.
