Default Day 4 and not much appetite

HI all..newbie here.

Day 4 almost completed and I find I am feeling full a lot of the time and by the time dinner comes round I have very little appetite...is this normal?

No cheats, following it to the letter, drinking lots of water, eating my salad and vege

Just wondered if the appetite thing is normal?

in my personal experience it is normal to have a loss in appetite

It is one of the great benefits of this diet. Your appetite goes down so you naturally eat less.....and lose more!

I'm still getting used to the fact that I can go a full day on just 3 meals. Its an awesome feeling, isnt it?

I was sitting here thinking before I started about what I was going to do in the evening to curb the munchies and it just hasn't been an issue so far!
