| Stay strong! I often have a whooshie after TOTM! Don't waste your seven days of hard work. It is something that you are going to have to overcome so you don't use it as an excuse every month.

| I'm so glad to see these posts - I'm on day 5, totm also, and actually went up 1.5 lb today!!!! It's very stagnant.... I'm really hoping for a whoosh! |

| Don't worry about any "weight gain" during your TOM. It's most likely water retention. And when TOM leaves so will the water.
