| Awesome suggestions! I was thinking maybe I'll make up some chicken nuggets breaded in pork rinds & parm cheese ... but I have to wonder how they'll hold up. I know the coating will get kind of soggy from being in a container in the cooler, but if the flavors there I might not care!! I'm going to try to make some oopsie rolls tomorrow and see how they do w/ a few slices of deli meat & cheese. Feel free to keep suggesting!!!

| Ok, so here is a dumb question, but to make these nuggets I just crush the pork rinds, flavor the dust and roll my chicken in it? I want to try it, I miss my chicken in a coating. SueSue1212
