| Dina..I am sure it is not all water weight if you have already done 450 situps and 7 miles. WOW. However...I will caution you about stepping on the scale daily. You WILL see a slower drop or maybe no drop the second week as your body adjusts. That is one of the reasons we recommend that you do not weigh until your 2 weeks are over. So many get discouraged by the smaller number the second week whereas if they hadn't weighed until the end then they will be excited. Keep up the great work! Can't wait to see the pic...oh yeah...take your measurements...they are even more important than the number on the scale!

| hehehe... I am not weighing myself everyday. I just became so caught up on the boards and all of the stories of "After 2 days" and "Day 3" so I wanted to see if it was working for me! I will be weighing in again at the end of the first week and then at the end of Induction. I am not one to be disappointed by a small loss. Anything less (even 1/2 pound) is a good thing! I took my measurements on the first day, and really hope to notice a loss there!!!! Thanks for your response and I will catch you soon
