| You are doing great!! Keep up the good work. BTW...if you are going over by a half a cup of veggies a day you may want to consider yourself moved up to rung 1 which is 5 more carb grams of veggies a day. No harm done!

| I'm not actually eating 5 more carbs b/c my egg consumption, cheese and basically all the "extras" (sour cream, olives, avocado) has dropped off the planet. So... I guess we'll wait and see. On Monday I'll weigh and measure. IT will be the end of my first two weeks.....

| I am sure you will do fine! Good for you for being able to stick to it...especially since you just started. Many would have used the trip as an reason not to start or to cheat. Way to go!
