I just finished: Hot wings, baked until crispy, brushed with melted butter mixed with Louisiana hot sauce--finger lickin' good! Then, a big salad with fresh cucumbers, tomato and green onions picked just today from my garden! Double yum!

Sunny!

Hot wings sound really good... I think I may go out and buy some next time I'm at the grocery store.

Hello Everyone,
For supper I had a 1/2 breast of chicken with spicey seasoning on it, about a 1/2 cup of cauliflower/alfredo with parma. on it, a nice salad and I had a almost carb free popsicle that I made myself. Nice and full feeling, but I need more water feeling thirsty as I am writing this. See ya all soon.

Well, the steak was yummy and I have half of it leftover for dinner tonight as a steak salad: the cold steak thinly sliced with chopped veggies---cucumbers, tomatoes, a little onion, red bell pepper---and I'll use mayo thinned with some olive oil and spiked with horseradish as the dressing.

Sunnysmile501: How long and how hot to you bake your wings to get them crispy. My Dh likes to deep fry them. 1. it's more fattenening and 2 it's messy and time consuming. But when i have tried baking them they are never crisp. Can you share how you get your crisp?

Thanks,

Erika
