one week down, 4lbs gone for good!!!

After one week on induction (combined with TOM) I have lost 4lbs. This far exceeds my greatest expectations! I know some of you that are 1-3 days in are getting frustrated and are dealing with the body chemistry changes (headaches, possible leg cramps, boredom) JUST HANG IN THERE! I really feel more energy than I have in a long long time! Join some exercise challenges, or just find your own way to keep moving. Your body will thank you for it and at the end of just one week you will thank yourself!

I do not expect the same next week, but I sure hope to hit my first mini goal!!!! All the best to every one of you as you continue!!!
