| Stay focused, journal you thoughts/feelings/food/exercise/whatever, and plan ahead to be successful in EVERY event, day, time, etc. And, make sure you're exercising--it's non negotiable with Atkins (he said so himself), plus----you sleep better at night, have more energy, your skin becomes more healthier, you lose inches, and burn up those store fat cells!

| Glad To See You Are Back And Willing To Restart You Can Do It. I Know How Hard It Is To Resist The Temptation But You Are Strong Fight Through Think About Your Goal And People Underestimating You Use That As A Motivation.
