| no difference. induction is induction. if you do induction right, by the DANDR 2002 edition, then it's clean. peopls use the term "clean" to indicate that they didn't over do the sweetner or cream. they ate the proper amounts of listed veggies, and so on.

| It's just a made up saying for a regular induction. It just means induction with no cheating which if you're cheating you're not doing induction so it's rather redundant to me
