| Hi ya! We are about the same weight... I was 247lbs last weigh in. I have also decided to weigh in monthly as I do far too much scale hopping & that dictates my mood! Crazy I know! I'm on day 16 of Atkins had a bit of a wobble on monday & its taken me til now to get back in ketosis... won't be doing that again in a hurry! Good luck with your weight loss... what day are you weighing in on? |

| Thank you so much guys. I really appreciate it. I have missed you all so much and talk about the bulletin board and how supportive it is to everyone I speak to, especially when they ask how I doing it this time. Tell them all ATKINS is sooooo the way to go but you HAVE to follow it correctly, its not hard, just a little time consuming, but well worth the effort. I think I did what a lot of people do, get to the stall point after induction (in my case extended induction) and get frustrated think well i lost 20lbs, its good enough. ITS NOT GOOD ENOUGH, not for me anyway. and see had I stuck to it b4 I would prolly be down to onederland
