| No I have not taken my measurements, (bad girl) but I can definitely tell I am losing. I am feeling a little run down and tired today. Like I just don't have any energy. I believe it is coming from the diet. However this is my 5th day straight without cheating. I may need a vitamin. Like the Centrum. Maybe that will put a heat to my bottom. i weighed in today and am at 205lbs. Woo Woo!!!! |

| I took my Centrum vitamin and am feeling like i can run a marathon. I just have to remember to take them. My iron is low so i am taking 2 iron pills a day as well. This is the 5th day!!! Whoooo Whoo Look out because here I come! |

| I am sooo proud of myself. i gave my son his birthday party today and we had cake, ice cream, pizza, potatoe chips, soda, chicken wings, hotdogs, etc. I ate sauteed string beans, and grill chicken wings and drank my water, ate my jello and chewed some sugar free gum. Then i went for a walk. i am really dedicated this time. This is the 5th day on this diet. Monday will be a full 7 days on this diet. I am proud of myself with everything but i do need to increase my water. i want that 130lbs so bad i can taste it. But this tasting is good for me!!!! Whoo Whooo!!! |
