| Sweet and Low and Splenda are both artificial sweeteners but if given the choice of only the two I would pick splenda because I think sweet and low tastes really chemical-y. I personally prefer to use natural sweeteners like stevia and xylitol. They are much better for you and have 0 net carbs. This site has an excellent selection of sweeteners that you can order. I order from them pretty often. Low Carbohydrate Sugar Substitutes If you have any questions about sweeteners you can talk to Sherri on here. She knows a lot about them and is a big supporter of xylitol. It has lots of health benefits.

| I didn't realize stevia and Xyletol has zero net carbs - so do you still only allow yourself three serving (Not that it's good to go wild on anything) but.... do you count them as carbs at all? I may have to give them another go

| I don't count them towards my net carbs but I still don't have more than 3 servings a day.
