| Great to hear about your restart. Not sure what was up with Vertigo. Could it be induction flue perhaps.

| Glad to here that this has happened to someone else. It really scared me because the room was spinning for two days. Still on track so far 6 days in and 10 lbs. gone. |

| Congrats on your early success despite the challenges. BTW I have a friend who says he gets vertigo sometimes ... mostly from a lot of stress per his Doc. Glenn

| Giving up caffeine and sugar at the same time can cause our bodies to give signs that they aren't particularly happy with the changes we are making. Like it or not, caffeine and sugar or each addictions. By stopping the addictive substance, we may get reactions as will the alcoholic or drug addict. Detoxing through the process and drinking a lot of water, taking walks and just staying away from the substance is the only way to get through it. There are no shortcuts. Congratulations on your success!
