| i maybe too new to answer this however it sounds good to me,, i had a grilled salmon ceasar a week or so ago and without reading the label on the dressing it seemed fine |

| a little trick i learned with restaurant style dressing is to ask if they add sugar because you are "diabetic" i did this over the weekend and they were able to whip me up a dressing without sugar in it |

| It's a great choice. Depends whe I am and I ask abotu the dressing too. But classic cesear is egg, garlic, salt, mustard, oil and parmesan. If they make their own you are likely safe - if they buy it in they can answer your question easily. But as long as it is NOT low cal or fat free you should be ok. Blue cheese is always a good option too! Way to go!
