You have been on this Diet long enough to know that the first 14 days of this Diet is VERY important to how you will proceed with the rest of your Atkins. With that in mind, why would you want to do anything that will potentially screw up your results and therefore screw up how the rest of your Atkins will proceed? There's nothing judgmental about giving sound advice.

| this is helpful for me to read, i'm in work dinners (open bar!!) and on day 9 of induction. i have seltzer water. and it feels good to have the commitment to the program and the willpower!! like...i CAN do this!
