| I haven't but I know others have. I know that while "Inducting" yourself into this WOE that you are lowering your overall blood sugar levels and this can cause some dizziness... I wonder if you drank enough water though. In the hot weather it is even MORE important to get enough water; and our bodies need a lot more then as well. I hope you're feeling better, and I hope your daughter is doing well.

| Thanks, she is fine, just dissappointed as we are leaving for vaca in Florida in two weeks! Yes, water is the one thing I did right. I drank between 80 and 100 oz of water each day lately. I think I was over tired, did not eat enough the day before plus the heat... I jsut hate that I wrecked it for yesterday and today. |

| In DANDR, 2002, Dr. Atkins discusses the need to eat, nutritiously on a regular basis to sustain ketosis and avoid the insulin spikes during the day. Results are fairly predictable if one eats off plan. Sounds like that may have been what happened to you along with the exhaustion and heat.
