Great job!!! (sorry, it's a slow Monday...)Since dairy is not on your menu, I would agree to move up to the nuts and seeds (OWL rung 3) After you've been through OWL rung 1, more veggies. And I've also learned that since Induction is to help clean out the body and OWL helps you try foods that you can eat to learn what you're intolerant to (of course you already know that dairy doesn't work for you) and what you can eat in order to continue to lose weight, moving to the 3rd rung sounds like the best thing to do after you've been through. There's nothing wrong with trying. Just make a point to keep track of your carbs and your senses to cravings

Thanks for the responses. I will first incorporate more veggies and then move to the rung 3 of nuts. What is the average weight to lose during OWL?

Great job, congratulations! Keep it up, I'm sure you're feeling better for it in all aspects. I'm terribly allergic to all dairy, so I can relate. I wish that wasn't the case! There are some fabulous looking recipes that call for cheese that I would love to try. Cheers! Sarina

I had an appt to the doctor this morning and when I got on the scale the assistant told me I was 202.8. Well I am really happy about that. But then to I got my visitor this morning as well. ( every month vistor) and I believe that once this goes off, i will be below 200lbs which is fine with me.

Yeah, I can't wait. I am finely seeing some progress of losing weight after struggling for years. I just have alot of tests and things that are going to be going on with the doctor over the course of the next few months so dealing with that as well as my doctor is thinking of doing a iron infusion to get my iron levels back up, the weight loss is the thing that is really keeping my spirits up. Hey guess what guys, I turned 35 today!!!
