| Good morning! I started last Saturday and for three nights I sweated in bed at an unbelievable rate. I would wake up soaking wet (I never sweat and certainly NOT like that ever) and it shocked and concerned me but I stuck with it. I also didn't start feeling good on Sunday even though my energy level had noticeably increased. What I did then was decided to start taking my vitamins. I'm personally taking B12, Kelp, Calcium and vitamin C and I noticed a difference right away (Kelp is incredible but has a high iron level -natural form, for me that is ok because I'm anemic and need iron but if someone else would like to take it, it's probably something they should speak to their doctor about). Regarding constipation, I too suffered from that as well. I went out and purchased some Phsyllium and started taking that daily in the morning. Just remember if you do that, mix it well in water and be sure you chase it with at least another glass of water. It's really important to get all the Phsyllium down with water. The first night after taking it I thought I was going to be even more constipated because I felt even more “bloated and blocked” through the night, however, after eating breakfast everything finally moved and it's worked daily since. I agree with what everyone else has suggested, add more veggies....I wasn't doing that at the beginning either so I think that contributed to the constipation and not feeling well too....I probably still could add more veggies than what I'm already consuming. I'm sorry you're not feeling well, it's not easy when one is experiencing discomfort and feeling under the weather. Keep in touch on the forum and keep posting here. The support is amazing and when we're going through difficult times, it really is uplifting. Take care! Sarina |
