| You know if you think about it... Eggs were meant to grow a baby chicken (or other bird if you so please) so the nutrients in that egg are the perfect amount of fat/protein/carbs to develop an "animal" That says a lot!

| Great point, Bonnie Rose! I eat 2-3 eggs for breakfast every day, and frequently have boiled eggs as snack. They've gotten a bad rap because of the whole "cholesterol" dogma. Eat eggs to satiety, as with other meats.
