| Hi and welcome back hope u start of on a great track, i would like to start asap! but i am so confused because i thought that Atkins not only consisted on low carbs but also using their products like shakes, and bars. So now i am reading alot about the success stories and really no one mentions using any of this things so i really don't know. Is there a site where it tells you what to eat and not to in the 14 day enduglment? and if there is can u please e-mail it to me because i am supposed to go grocery shooping today.
