| Not harmful at all! During induction you just don't want to go over 20 carbs. When I was doing induction (probably will return there soon) I hovered around 15 carbs a day. Good Luck!

| 20 is the upper limit. During induction I was around 12-15 net carbs. You should strive to eat more than lettuce for your two cups of salad veggies...if you use salad veggies that are higher carb (jicama, peppers, etc.) that will get you closer to 20 net carbs a day. Enjoy a variety of veggies and strive to try out as many on the list as possible. THe salad veggies are going to be your friends.

| Thanks for the quick replies. My gut feeling was that I'd be ok coming in UNDER the carb limit as long as I was eating my veggies, but thank you so much for confirming it. I'm still trying to figure out all of this Atkins stuff. Thanks Again!!! |
