| Had hamburgers for dinner last night... no oopsies though because of all of the carbs in the brownie I only ate the rest of my veggies for the day and called that a day on carbs... Had bacon burger and like a gazillion (5) additional glasses of water to my normal... Hopefully I wont gain too much from this slip... TODAY: Breafast: 4 bacons 2 eggs (don't know WHY I was so hungry? Left over from the brownie maybe?) Lunch: 2 Cups Romaine 2 pepper rings 2 eggs (hard boiled on top of the salad) 1 oz cheese olive oil red wine vinegar Turkey *sugar free* avocado (1/4 of one) Decafeinated Iced Tea w/ 2 tsp splenda Dinner will probably be at the brewery so probably halibut with brie cheese and roasted red peppers and diet coke (i was a 10 a week girl until a couple days ago now just on the weekends while we're out not at home at all)
