| If you use one of the websites like www.fitday.com you can list all the ingredients to find out how many carbs in the whole recipe then divide it by 6 (if you made 6 oopsies). I used the pc version which makes my recipe of the revolution roll (which the oopsie recipe was adapted from) to have 0.5 carbs per roll - but I use a Waitrose own brand of cream cheese which has half the carbs of Philadelphia brand. Using fitday and inputting the actual counts of the particular ingredients you use gives a more accurate number.
