| Let me ask you something? Are you joining Atkins because your a overeater or because you don't eat the right things? If the answer is overeater, you will have to train your body to understand portion control. Right now your body wants more because its used to getting more, if thats the case. Have a giant glass of water with a little crystal light if you have it. Add it in the blender and add ice to it to make it sorta like a froze drink. That might help. Also post your menu for the day and maybe we can decipher why your still hungry. |

| I'm usually starving the first few days until I get into ketosis. I just keep snacking throughout the day on allowed food and don't pay as much attention to the amount that I'm eating - it keeps me from going after something that's illegal.

| I have the same problem, except I ate 8 pieces of bacon and 2 hamburger patties. Try making a batch of hard boiled eggs in the fridge and eat one slowly too. I think what's starting to work for me now is to exercise when I'm bored eating, it makes me feel a lot better afterwards too |

| Ok I will try to exercise more, and try to drink more water. this morning i will eat 3 eggs 3 bacon with some splenda and cinnamon, that should work. can anyone tell me how to put my ticker on here and starting weight and so on? |
