Atkins Phase: 14-day Induction

Default 100 %Commited to making those numbers decrease!

Today I am restarted Atkins! I tried it once and only lasted 3 days. A few days ago I had to go to the emergency room for severe head aches and I had to get on the SCALE. the lucky number this time was 191! The lucky number about 2 years ago at a doctor's visit was 185. It's been about 2 years and I am tired of the numbers going up. I am ready for them to go down! So I am back and I am 100 percent commited!

Any advice....suggestions.....ways to stay motivated......will be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi there, welcome back to the wol. How did your day go thus far? This is day 2 for me. I just want to wish you the very best, and drink up your water. The last time I did induction I lost 15 lbs., if you stick with it the desire to give in during induction will subside totally by day 5 usually for some people. Remember to take your vitamins with potassiam to avoid the leg cramps. Keep moving forward. Good Luck Sweetie!!!!

So far my day has been great. I have been drinking lots of water and staying occupied! Thanks for letting me know about the vitamins!

Heeeeey 2 Welcome Back

I think its great that your motivated....Advice...take everyday one day at a time and stay focus if you fall off the horse get right back on and keep moving and don't look back.

Glad to know your staying hydrated you need that even more on these hot days.. I know your going to do great, so keep the faith post as much as you can and celebrate those small goals they count too!
