| We are supposed to have 3 cups of veggies a day.... Either 3 cups from the salad list OR 2 cups from the salad list and 1 cup from the "other veggies" list... We may have up to 1/2 of an Avocado as well which is actually a fruit, but is listed as a "special item" in Induction. This is in addition to the 3 cups of veggies per day as far as I understand since it's a fruit! DONT WORRY YOU AREN'T ASKING TOO MANY QUESTIONS OR POSTING TOO MUCH!!!!

If that "small" tomato was 1 cup, you have already eaten your "other" vegetable allotment for the day. As for "saving up" your carbs---bad idea. A. Very. Very. Bad. Idea. Atkins weight loss is based in part on your insulin-blood sugar response. You want to keep your blood sugar as stable as possible. That's why Dr. Atkins said to spread your carbs out over the course of the day.
