In USA there are brands without sugar (Dukes is one I hear) which you might need to order online if no shops in your area carry them. Sometimes you can ask local shops to get them in for you too. | It seems the question would be, are you in ketosis? If you are, I would not imagine the very small amounts of sugar are really a problem. I have only lost 6 in the same amount of time, I think I am more resistant this time than last time around. I would say, dig in for the long haul! How is your energy? Don't you feel more clearheaded than when consuming carbs? Focusing on those benefits might help your discouragement.
