| No problem. I understand your dilemma with traveling. The bars are made by the Atkins corporation and their version of the program or what they consider suitable for different phases does not always comply with the rules stated in the DANDR 2002, which is what we follow on this forum. Its your choice though obviously but I have only heard bad things about those bars since I joined this forum. Maybe this thread will help you: Tips and Tricks for Travelers? Cool that you found jello made with sucalose. Where did you get it?

Do you have a Kroger store there? They have a store brand that is no sugar and no salt added. As does Meijer store, but I don't think you have those there. While in Walmart, I have found Plumrose bacon with no sugar added as well.

| Great! Thank you very much...I'll check at our Walmart. Kroger is a ways away but if it comes to that, I'll get my mom to stock up on it for me and we'll make the hour drive to her house and pick it up from her in bulk! lol |

| I'd like to add that when you exercise, you tear down your muscles. Your body, thinking it is under attack, will send lots and lots of water to the muscles while they repair. So, as you are losing fat, you may not see the results on the scale because of the water being held in the muscles. Once your body realizes that it is not under attack and as the muscles heal, your body will release the water and you'll see your loss on the scale (that's what we call a whooshie). Now, as for your menu...I would ditch the bars and the jello. If you're not willing to forego both (and I highly recommend that you do), then keep the jello and remove the bars from your plan. They are not induction legal according to DANDR 2002 (only "legal" to the Atkins Nutritionals company whose vested interest is not in YOUR health, but in YOUR pocket book and that's it). You are way over your daily cream allowance, and way UNDER in the veggie department. Make sure to eat 3 cups of veggies a day. 2 from the "salad list" (but find some veggies with more nutritional content and fiber than lettuce) and 1 cup from the "other list".
