| A couple of things for you.... Atkins prodcuts while convenient, can stall and do stall in many people. May be a culprit for you Check the ingredients in the Turkey Bacon. A lot of Turkey Bacon has extra junk added to make it taste more like Pork Bacon. Oh and of course the cream like you said. 2-3 Tbsp is supposed to be our limit. You are at 8 for those 2 days. I'm not a vet so that's all I'll say just what I noticed!

| The bars have never stalled me before...but I can cut back to see what happens...but when I am on the go it works well for me... I checked the turkey bacon, don't see anything bad but just to be safe here are the ingredients: White turkey, mechanically seperated turkey, dark turkey, water, sugar, salt , contains 2% or less canola oil, sunflower oil, natural flavor, sodium erythorbate, sodium phosphate, sodium nitrite. Calories per slice 25 Total Fat 1.5 Saturated 0.5 Cholestrol 10 mg Sodium 135mg Carbs, Fiber, and Sugar 0 Protien 2 grams Now the heavy cream could be but I do remember using it on previous induction and I did fine... |

| During induction we aren't supposed to be eating anything with sugar in the ingredients... see if you can find another brand that doesn't add sugar to their turkey bacon. THey don't legally have to register carbs under .5 so that could account for the sugar and while I'm sure 1 carb per day of bacon wouldn't stall you, in combination with the other things I mentioned it may have an effect. Besides a clean induction is super important anyway! Hope someone else can look at your menus and see if there's something else since you state that none of these things stalled you in the past...

| A few things I noticed. 1 was already pointed out and that is that the atkins bars are not acceptable for induction. This is my second time on atkins, the first time they didnt effect me at all, this time I had a coupe and the week I did, nothing in the way of loss. So, they are a nono for me! 2nd thing is, looking at your menu, youa re getting to many calories from protein and not enough from fat. Your percentage should be something like 65% fat 30% protein and 5% carbs. And try regular bacon, I have noticed that turkey bacon has lots of stuff added to it.

| A few things: 1. Even though you claim the bars don't stall you, they are not allowed on induction. Just the fact that they have "peanut" in the name should clue you in - nuts aren't allowed until the nut rung. I think they also have soy in them which isn't allowed until the legumes ring. You should be in the habit of always reading the ingredients on your labels. 2. Jello has aspartame which is not recommended on atkins and is a known staller, not to mention terrible for you. 3. You should be getting most of your carbs from veggies. 1.5 cups of broccoli a day is not enough. You're required to eat a minimum of three cups of veggies a day. 4. If your keotsticks are dark purple you might be dehydrated. 8 cups if water a day is only the minimum. 5. Is your coffee decaf? Its recommended that you refrain from caffeine during induction. 6. Be patient. If you're doing what you're supposed to then it will work. Good luck!

| Um... can I just point out that you're only on day 5 and your scale says that you've actually moved 1lb of your body mass to muscle?? That means that even though you may weigh the same, you may be smaller.. Have you taken your measurements? A lot of folks track them as well as or instead of their weight. Oh, it also means that you're burning through more calories each day... and who knows, you may have a visit from the Whooshie Fairy soon.
