| 1. yes, decafe....but it can't be part of your water amount you NEED to drink, 64+ounces 2. early morning if you want...or not at all, your call 3. no, it's an amount you CAN have. It's up to you. 4. well, that's up to you, too. We have one here on the top bar called "tickers" that works great and easy to do. 5. you can work out as much as you think you can do. Not over exerting is a good thing especially if you've never experienced the Induction Flu before. But everyone is different. I personally struggled through walking 30 minutes a day during any Induction I've done in the past, but it helped my mood. Getting through Induction is tough, but worth it. You're detoxing, cleaning out your system. It's okay to feel the cravings, don't give in. Make sure you're having fat with protein and veggies at each meal...that will help. Meaning, cheese is one great way to have that fat with your meals or snacks. If you're lacto intolerant, than you'll of course find other fats to use instead. Hope that helps! You'll do great...stay focused.
