| Have you tested with keto strips? Personally if I only lost 5 lbs I would probably stick with induction a few more days and up the exercise a little. Until I was down 10 lbs. Then kick in the other 5 gr. But lets see what the others say. Quote:

| I agree - stick with it. You should really try the strips. I notice the difference if I even chew a piece of gum! They're kind of pricey, but really help me stay on track. I think you should give it at least another week. |

| Oh - and really watch it on the salads. I noticed a big difference when I cut my veggies down to half of the allowed amount. |

| Losing 2 pounds of a hoped-for 25 isnt bad considering a 5-10% loss is 'usual'. I would move to the 1st rung of OWL and add 5 net carbs of induction veggies and see what happens. At 5'4" you are probably around a 'healthy weight' already according to most tables, so you might need to reassess your goal weight as you drop the pounds. Have you had your bodyfat measured?
