| Don't sweat it. As long as you feel good, are regular and things are moving fine you are doing good. None of us can really get that much fiber on induction unless we are eating sawdust I cannot remember which of the things on the induction list are very fibery - I like jicama - it is good. So is turnip and pumkin . But I am sure about the fiber content but it is up there. You are allowed flax on induction - 2 tbs a day if you like.

| i have been taking psylium husk (pill form) to add another 7 grams during induction. my body is used to a lot of fiber and and i don't feel right without that. if you're like me, and got 25 grams prior to induction, the veggies alone during induction won't do it.

| That is right Elizabeth - if you want to (and need to) you can do psylium husks - just remember to do plenty of water with it. I never did. Eating all the veggies just made me feel fine. (perhaps even better than fine

And remember, Induction is 14 days long. On Day 15 you may move to On-Going Weight Loss phase, where the first food you will add is 5 net carbs of any vegetable on the Induction vegetable lists.

| Spinach, brussel sprouts, and broccoli are likely the highest, likely turnips too. Radishes should be good, and they are awesome sauteed!

I found a list that has exactly what I was looking for, BTW. I don't think I can post an html table here, but I will try in another post.
