| Appetite supression is a sure sign of ketosis... just be sure to not go more than 6 waking hours without eating *something*.

| Thanks, gman and Lyssie - I am truly amazed that today, I am actually satisfied with a hamburger patty and celery sticks with cream cheese for lunch! When just a few weeks ago, it would have been a Whopper and large fries and I'd be wondering what's for dinner! This is great!!!

| Isn't it? I love that part. I had 2 bacon and 1 egg for breakfast (the same bfast every day) and then 1 oz of cheese 4 hours later (I eat 3 hours before I even go to work so i get hungry before lunch for sure) I always have 2 Cups of romaine with 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes and either tuna w/ mayo or eggs w/ mayo on top then I'm not hungry again until dinner... That is so much less than what I used to eat (maybe even in one meal at fast food!) I LOVE IT!!! Congrats on geting to this point!

| I am also feeling the same way, my appetite is gone like i don't even get hungry i actually am starting to force myself to eat so that i could get used to eating at least 4 meals per day. Now what i noticed that is helping me alot and i mean alot is drinking alot of water i will go to the bathroom and not even half of what i drank would go down the drain
