| It's a benefit to this WOE. To quote the Taco Bell commercial, "I'm full." Every other diet I've tried, I've always been starving and thinking about my next meal. Most of the time on this WOE, I'm content.

| Me too. I usually only feel hunger if I exercised in the morning. I will eat breakfast, and then by lunch time I feel mildly hungry. But I never just feel like diving into the fridge, and I have been able to cook for the family and not even want to taste. Before, frying potato chips and not tasting? No way. You are normal and 'on track.'
