| I was eating more this week as well. Then I realized that TOM should start on Saturday. I just added in another induction type snack (pepperoni chips and the like) on the days I felt I needed it. If you don't feel satisfied, you're more likely to be tempted by sugar. So, I've tried to keep myself satisfied, even though on a couple of days it means I've eaten more than usual.

| My TOM just started yesterday, which was 2 weeks later than normal. Over the last 2 weeks, I felt more bloated than usual and had very mild cramps here and there. I also felt hungrier, because I was craving sugar. I used to eat chocolate to deal with PMS. Since beginning Atkins, I couldn't do that anymore, So, I just increased my protein and drank more water. (Gross part) Now that it's started, I've found the flow to be a lot heavier than before. I'm not sure why that is. I also would usually have painful cramps during TOM, but I haven't had them yet. I somewhat see that as a positive. |
