| Well, you're not to go more than 6 waking hours without eating something... The last time I had hotdogs, I believe they were around 200 calories each... I'm not sure what yours were though, but you might want to check the package. Just as another FYI - a lot of hotdogs have sugar as an additive... I think your meals the other day are less calories than your hotdog day but I have no idea about quantities.

| I have the wrapper here...they're Boar's Head Lite & Skinless. Serving Size - 1 frank Calories - 90 (60 from fat) Total fat - 6g Sat fat - 2.5g Cholest - 25mg Sodium - 270mg Potassium - 75mg Sugars - 0g Protein - 7g Ingredients: Beef, Water, Salt, Paprika, Sodium Phosphate, Flavorings, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite So are these okay? Again my weight loss has been fine, I feel okay, I've been running 2 miles a day and sometimes biking on top of that. Just wondering if my low amount of calories is something dangerous or bad. |

| Ummm... as a strong believer in not eating enough, I track my calories to make sure I eat about 1600/day... but I also stalled from eating like, 900 cal/day and working out for a couple hours a day... If you don't eat enough, your body will want to not let go of weight. Perhaps you're not affected so much by this since you're a boy (not really sure). :P I think you should make sure you're eating at least every 6 hours. The hotdogs look fine, but I guess I would also ask why you're eating light and skinless ones instead of real ones? Oh, and I would think the scale won't love you tomorrow since it's a lot of sodium, but I'm not sure about that... it depends on you. I also think I should buy some of these as I do love a good dog...
