| And it is also crazy how easy it would be to rack up 300 carbs! I looked at the nutrition info on what used to be my favourite 'healthy snack' (yogurt coated flapjack) only to discover that it contains nearly 100 net carbs!!!

| Yeah thats the sad part, it's real easy to rack up 300 carbs/day. I cheated on friday and racked over 50g of carbs off of 1 hamburger!!! Urgh!!
