| WOO HOO! You gotta love that. Is this your first week? Don't be discouraged when your weight loss slows. It isn't likely you will lose that every week. I'm sure you already know that though.

| Congrats!!!!! Like flpooh said, dont be discouraged once the weight loss slows down. You'll keep on losing weight just at a slower rate. For example I lost 7lbs in week 1, and finishing up week 2 i've lost 5lbs. |
