| Stay away. The bars are not for induciton ... sugar free jello should be OK though ... I dont like the whole "net carbs" thing ... I think they dont include the sugar alcohols ... but they will stall you. Beware ... only use in case of utter emergency. |

| I eat a sugar free jello every day. It helps calm my sweet tooth, and from what I read they are fine for all stages. In fact I pulled them as a snack right from the atkins website. |

| You have to be careful with the sugarfree jello (jelly in UK) as many of them are made with not-allowed sweetener, so you need to read labels. As far as I know none in UK are made with a 'legal' sweetener In fact Dr Atkins never recommended 'Jello' in DANDR - he suggested making your own dessert using unsweetened gelatine and 'legal' sweetener as an occasional dessert. As Tom said, the Atkins bars (no matter what they say on the packet or on the Atkins company website) contain ingredients that are NOT on the list of allowed induction foods, so should be saved till you are on the OWL level/rung that allows all the ingredients. Also the Atkins company website used to have a whole page where they accepted that using the bars 'might' affect weightloss and that if you were finding your losses stopped then drop them from your menus. So why jeapordise your induction success by using an 'iffy' product Stick to unprocessed foods and take a look at the food forums on ADBB for ideas on 'legal' snacks instead.As for 'diet drinks' make sure you are choosing those made without caffeine and using only 'legal' sweeteners, stick to the 'no more than 3 servings of sweetener a day' (one 'serving' = 8 fluid ounces btw) and make sure you also have your water!! Good for you for looking ahead to after induction - on OWL we add 5 net carbs at a time of foods on the relevant rung (except for nuts/seeds where we are told to add only one ounce rather than the full 5 net grams).
