| If we all restarted the 14 days induction each time we made a bad choice some of us would never get to OWL Of course your weightloss at the end of the 14 days might not be the same as it would have been without eating that burger bun (the meat without the bun would have been fine) but it will give you a better idea of your metabolic resistance to weightloss than your weightloss 14 days from now.
