Hey Jakey...
There is a review my menu forum. Looks good to me. Seems to be all within your limits..though borderline with the cheese...make sure you don't go over the 4 oz. And I think you could have added another 1/2cup of veggies?? Make sure there is no sugar in the kielbasa. There is mixed opinions on cocoa being allowed during induction as a spice or during the nut rung. So will let someone else handle that. It all sounds yummy to me.

Another way to log your foods and keep the info together in one thread for future reference would be to start a Journal in the Journal chat forum. Then others can visit and comment on your menus if you like.

Or if you prefer you can start a Journal in the Journal Stats forum where only you and the moderator/hostess of the forum can post.

Elsie is right - if you are using cocoa in small quantities you can count it as a spice (1-2 teaspoons I would suggest) but for larger amounts then wait till the nuts/seeds rung of OWL.

so day #3, and i woke up with a massive headache. thankfully it was gone by about 4pm....and i actually feel pretty ok! lets hope induction flu is dunzo.

so today:

coffee with 2 splenda (1)
breakfast: 2 pc bacon (0) 2 eggs (. whipping cream (0) turkey slice (0)
snack: kielbasa (0), egg (.4) cream cheese (1), splenda (1.2)
lunch: 2 cups salad (2-1 = 1), caesar dressing (.5), 2 pc bacon (0)
snack: 3 turkey rollups (0) w/ mayo (0), 1/2 cucumber (1) dip (1)
dinner: 2 chicken thighs (0) with goat cheese (1) zucchini & eggplant in butter (2) with mozarella cheese (0), diet coke (1)
treat: 2 tsp cocoa (1-1 = 0), 1 tbsp splenda (1), butter (0), cream cheese (2)

today's total carb intake: 12 carbies.

wow thats really low. why is it so low? maybe i'm underestimatingthe carbs in my veggies? whats in 1/2 a cucumber? or 1/2 a baby zucchini and 1/2 a baby eggplant?

im pleased with how i did today.....i feel really fat though, but im gonna stick it out. its TOM and it's all messy because i just started the Pill too. wonderful!

plus i cried today!! im feeling really sleepy.....

yay to low carbing!

Do you have a fitday 'account' (www.fitday.com)?
If so you can enter the weight of whatever you eat and see how many carbs in it.
