| First of all, eat something. It will give you energy. Something hot, something delicious. Like a big hot portion of scrambled eggs with bacon and cheese and a salad. Or some hamburger buns with legumes, mayonnaise and mustard. Drink something hot like a nice coffee with cream to keep you awake. But 14 hours shifts are too long, tell your boss he's crazy! |

| Aww I know exactly how you feel right now. You know whats great? I bought, I think in whole foods, this tea...its like a herbal tea made by the japanese (?) and it actally makes you feel much better. So if your near whole foods be sure to pick up some. It taste fine just the way it is but if anything you can add some sweetner and itll be all good =] |

| Jake...It is an eye opener that the foods you were eating were actually affecting your body so much that just by cutting them out they can cause such a reaction...isn't it? We as a society have mindlessly been poisioning our bodies. You can make it through this!! And you will feel better. Stay strong!
