| I just started today as well. I just finished eating tuna (2g net carbs). I'm looking forward to dinner tonight. I'm planning on broccoli & cheese (5g net carbs) and I haven't figured out my main source of protein and fat just yet, but I love broccoli & cheese. |

| Welcome to both of you!!!! BlackBarbie, just make sure that you watch the cheese. Often times (if we don't make it ourselves) the cheese on broccoli is processed with stuff that isn't allowed on induction or Atkins at all in some cases. The other thing to remember is that 3-4 oz is our limit on cheese until we add more during the dairy rung... Other than that you both sound to be doing fabulous so far today!!!! Oh, what brand of tuna are you eating? I'd check the ingredients for added sugars... I am eating a whole can of tuna on my salads, and it is 0 carbs...
