1st day on Atkins... have headache, don't feel great... is this common?

This is my 1st day on Atkins, and I feel kind of lethargic, have a head ache (which I normally don't! and it's not like it's caffeine withdrawal since I don't drink coffee/tea/soda).

Do you think it could be b/c of my new diet?
I feel kind of ... sick.

Sounds like the induction flu I had it on day 1 also, drink alot of water, take a tylenol and rest hope you feel better. Take a nap, thats what I did yesterday and I woke up feeling fresh as a daisy

From reading through posts, that's what it sounded like, but I didn't think it could happen on Day 1!

Absolutely! I always feel like I got hit by a truck (or drank waaaaay too much the night before) the first 2-3 days of induction. I agree with ahungryheart, take a tylenol and rest up!

for me its day 7 and starting yesterday i got this stinging headache in my left eye.when i stand up it hurts like throbbing.kinds like migraine.but only left side of my head.could that be from the diet?
