Sounds like the induction flu I had it on day 1 also, drink alot of water, take a tylenol and rest  hope you feel better. Take a nap, thats what I did yesterday and I woke up feeling fresh as a daisy

Absolutely! I always feel like I got hit by a truck (or drank waaaaay too much the night before) the first 2-3 days of induction. I agree with ahungryheart, take a tylenol and rest up! |

for me its day 7 and starting yesterday i got this stinging headache in my left eye.when i stand up it hurts like throbbing.kinds like migraine.but only left side of my head.could that be from the diet?

1st day on Atkins... have headache, don't feel great... is this common?
