| Great job! Congrats on passing up the food temptations. I would continue what you are doing, it is working! You can see the success in the inches you have lost. I also started exercising and didn't lose a darn thing this week. But seeing your inches lost is giving me hope. My measurement day is on the 24th. I may move that up to two weeks instead of monthly. Again GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!

| You are doing great. It is very normal to have a bit of a pause the second or third week of Atkins. Happens to almost all of us. It is like the body pauses and then it will get going. But losing inches is huge. I have not lost that much weight the last few months but I have gone from size 12 to size 8. I like it!

| Great job.. you are an inspiration. I almost have the same amount to lose and I started induction today. I would be very happy if I can have similar results. Good luck and keep up the good work.
