Super happy! Down 3lbs in 3 days.

Day 3 and i'm down a pound from yesterday, making that 3lbs total! I can't believe I even lost anything yesterday because I felt like I ate a TON I felt so bloated. Last night I woke up 5 times (i counted) to pee i'm 19, is that weird?? I'm so happy I love atkins I feel better than I have in probably a year or more. I am full, I'm not starving, I'm not craving any junk food. I was a former carb addict. I could and would eat family sized bags of doritos in a day, bags of popcorn every night, it was mainly salty snacks I ate. I've never been much for any protein besides chicken. But now i'm finding protein isn't that bad after all. Its worth it if i'm getting healthier and losing weight. It sucks that it took me the end of summer to start though if i would've sooner I couldve been skinny for fall. I just can't wait till people start noticing! My family is a big italian family and all the women are a little "plump" and I used to be really small, until I turned 17, then I started gaining. So everyone would gossip about my weight gain and it made me feel really self conscious and bad. I don't want to fuel those cackling old hens gossip anymore
