steak sauce

so i got the philly cheese steak...threw out the bun....but he put STEAK SAUCE on it!!! i wanted to cry so i tried to wipe most of it off...i looked it up and it said about 3 carbies per tbsp....im gonna guess there was about 1.5 tbsp but ill say2 and count is as 6 carbs. would you guys agree??

I don't know how much was on there after you wiped it off, but that happened to me once with a salad I ordered that had pico de galo on it. I asked if it was sugar free and he said yes but then it came all mixed up and had mangos/peaches in it... he gave me the wrong one!!!! I could have asked to switch but it had already taken 30 minutes to get that salad so I just tried to pick out the fruit (he still assured me there was no added sugar)

Anyhow, my point is that I over estimate when that happens... By my best guess it would have been about 1/4 cup and I ate maybe 1/4 of a piece of fruit total but counted it as 1/2 a piece of fruit for the day.

yeah that's what my co-worker said when i told her about it (she is too on atkins) She is from Philly and I thought she'd fall out of her chair when I told her there was steak sauce on yours!!!
